Spin sweat is a class that will challenge you in different ways each week.
The format is simple, 30 minutes of high intensive spin followed by 30 minutes of whatever pain and suffering the instructor has decided to put you through, this could be even more cardio, bodyweight exercises, core, strength work or a mix of it all.
This class is great if you want to mix up your training or if you are struggling to find the time to fit every aspect of your training in.
