Pad Work at CYT Fitness GYM is not like any boxing class you may have been to before.
We use boxing techniques and pad drills with a fitness twist to get you burning calories while building upper body strength that will also help release stress from your hectic week, because let’s face it, who doesn’t like to hit something every now and then.
