Beginner spin classes
About the class
Beginner Spin is your first introduction to Spin at CYT Fitness GYM.
This 45 minute class is a slightly easier version of our Ultimate Spin, being shorter in length and including more recovery time per session this is a great way to learn the basics of how we do Spin while being given a great low impact workout.
Don’t be fooled, this isn’t a walk in the park, you will still get your calorie burning fitness fix.
