I have been working out with the help of Paul for the last 18 months to 2 years and can safely say what a great job he has done.

Back then I had a job to walk to the gym and back let alone anything else but now I find myself running 3 miles and entered for one of the toughest events ever, the Sodbury slog.

When I started training with Paul I wasn’t fit at all. I was using a gym but, if I am honest, I didn’t have a clue what I was doing or what I needed to do to reach my goals.

Achieving my goals was a must as I was preparing for a fitness test which, if I passed, would lead to a career in the RAF.

Paul’s unique style of motivation pushed me to achieve fitness levels I never thought possible. I not only passed but smashed my fitness test and was in the best physical shape possible to undertake my ten weeks basic training.

I started working with Paul at the age of 48, very overweight and never having exercised on a regular basis. With constant encouragement and patience from Paul, I managed to progress to a level of fitness I never imagined possible.

I have recently undergone surgery. Thanks to Paul’s knowledge and support I am now back in the gym and gradually building up my strength and fitness once again. I am looking forward to returning to the classes which are always great fun.
